Rinjanibackpacker.com is committed to be honest in providing information and offering services, therefore we want you to understand our Privacy Policy and what it means to you our clients.

Change in Some Parts

Rates are based on tariffs current at May 2016, in the event of fluctuations in exchange rates or increases affecting the costs we pay for transportation, accommodation and services in general, we reserve the right to adjust our rates as may be necessary at anytime up to and including the day of departure of your tour, even though the final payment has been made. If we are forced to change your booking or part of it for reasons beyond our control (for instance if an airlines changes its timetable or if a hotelier over books his hotel accommodation), we reserve the right to vary your itinerary and will give you, or cause to be given to you, prompt notice thereof.

 

In the event that any one changes or series of changes to your itinerary demonstrates that your tour has hereby become materially different from that contemplated prior to the change or changes being effected and in respect of which we have already accepted your deposit or final payment, you have the right to withdraw from the tour, and monies already paid will be refunded in full. With your agreement, we will rearrange your tour by providing alternative arrangements of, at least, the same standard as the one originally booked. If, in the likely event we have to cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of events outside our control, we will, if we are able to, offer you an alternative tour of similar standard. If you do not accept the alternative, we will refund in full any costs already paid. It is essential that you check with us whether any such changes or variations have occurred in the tour you have chosen before you complete your booking.

 

Payment

A deposit of 25% from the total price is required at the time of your booking. It is aimed to ensure us that you are seriously use our services. Full payment can be done on your arrival day in Lombok such as Lombok airport, Senaru or in your hotel around the island. Extra charge made by your bank is beyond our responsibility.

 

Sharing Group Package Option

Sharing trekking package is designed for solo traveler, backpacker or those who want to join a large group. Taking this type of service requires your high understanding and tolerance to diversities. You will come a long with a large group consisting of 10 persons and most of them you might first to see. Any self-inconveniences caused by your trekking mates in the group is out of our responsibility

.

Cancellation

Please advice us if you should or a member of your party, be forced to cancel. If you cancel at anytime prior to departure the cancellation fees will be applied. It is used to pay any charges made by hotels and employees.

 

Customization

Please advice us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you wish any modifications on the itinerary taken when making a reservation.

 

Refunds

No refunds on unused services.

 

Claims

If you are unhappy on any aspect of the services, please inform us or our employees immediately. We will do everything possible to resolve the problem on the spot, since it may prove difficult to take any effective action on your return.

 

Content of our Site

We have endeavored to ensure that all information in our site are accurate at the time of uploaded, but can not accept responsibility for any accuracy, or truth of statement made. Illustrations are intended to set the mood of each destination and may not present actual views as seen on specific tours.

 

Insurance

We do not include travel insurance, accident insurance or any sort of insurance on our trekking and tour packages prices. Please consult with the reliable travel insurance companies to have an appropriate cover on your trip.

 

Travel Documents

Each person should be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport at all times. All travelers to Indonesia must be in possession of passport valid at least six months after date of arrival. Please note that passport and visa requirements are not our responsibility or that of your agent.

 

Exclusions in our Package Price

Charges for passports, inoculations, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, items of personal nature such as beverages, laundry service, tips and gratuities and more.

Luggage

For all domestic economy baggage regulation limit check in luggage for each passenger to two bags/pieces. However, neither bag/piece may exceed a total dimension of 20kg each. We recommend you to take the necessary baggage during the trip. In case you have checked-out from the hotel, please pack your baggage and locked it to store at our office. We will take it back to you on your arrival from the trip

 

Accommodations

We are not carrier or hotelier, not do we own aircraft, hotels, or coaches. The flights, coach journeys, other travel and hotel accommodation comprised in your tour are provided by reputable carries and hoteliers on their own conditions. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with us are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, coach operators, hoteliers and other service providers, including but not limited to car hire, restaurant operators, whose service we utilize, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage to baggage.

 

Our Responsibilities

We always do our best to make sure your tour arrangements are satisfactory and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as a result of our negligence or that of our employees or agents. However, we can not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, coach operators, hoteliers, or other persons providing service in connection with your holiday pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over whom we have no direct and exclusive control. We do not accept any liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majored or other events which are beyond our control or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including but not limit to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment of industrial action (whether or not involving our employees, and even though such action may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labor group).
